The Cottage, North Coast

The brief

A blush-pink kitchen, knurled brass handles, white render and a woodburner. I let the low evening sun do the work, and shot the brass close enough that it reads as warm metal rather than flat yellow.

The light plan

The kitchen and living space open to the back of the house through French doors. I shot them as the low sun came through and laid window shadows across the floor and walls.

The brass was shot close in the same light, so the hardware reads as warm metal rather than a flat yellow.

What was delivered

Interior stills of the living space, kitchen and bedroom, the rear elevation in evening sun, and close details of the brass hardware and the tiled shower.
